医护康一体化的快速康复模式在外科围术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究医护康一体化的快速康复模式在外科围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年3月于我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的108例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同,将其分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例)。观察组给予医护康一体化的快速康复模式干预,而对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者负面情绪改善情况、手术预后情况及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间、手术时间、术后进食时间以及下床活动时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护康一体化的快速康复模式可有效改善外科手术患者围术期的心理健康及手术预后,并能减少术后并发症的发生,加快术后的康复,值得临床推广。Objective To study the application effect of rapid rehabilitation mode of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration in surgical perioperative nursing. Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects. According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(54 cases) and observation group(54 cases). The observation group was given the rapid rehabilitation mode of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The improvement of negative emotions, prognosis and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The hospitalization time, operation time, postoperative eating time and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation mode of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration can effectively improve the mental health and prognosis of surgical patients during perioperative period, reduce postoperative complications and accelerate rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
