摘  要:近年来侵袭性念珠菌感染中分离出的热带念珠菌比例呈逐渐增加趋势,热带念珠菌唑类耐药率也呈上升趋势,耐棘白菌素和两性霉素B热带念珠菌分离菌株的出现,增加了临床念珠菌感染的治疗难度。本文就热带念珠菌对唑类、棘白菌素和两性霉素B耐药机制进行综述。In recent years, the proportion of Candida tropicalis isolated from invasive Candida infections has increased gradually, and the resistance rate of Candida tropicalis to azoles has increased as well. The emergence of strains resistant to echinocandins and amphotericin B from Candida tropicalis increases the difficulty of clinical treatment of Candida infection. In this paper, the mechanisms of resistance of Candida tropicalis to azoles, echinocandins and amphotericin B were reviewed.
