摘 要:细胞3D打印技术是一种利用CAD/CAM技术来精确定向沉积水凝胶、生物分子和活细胞等生物材料,从而构建具有复杂三维结构的活性组织的先进技术。近年来,细胞3D打印技术受到越来越多的关注并广泛应用于再生医学、组织工程、临床移植、药物筛选和癌症研究等多个领域。该技术与传统生物制造技术相比,具有可以制造更加精确的组织结构和模型、实现多类型细胞的同步打印、有助于控制药物、基因和生长因子的输送、促进工程组织中血管化整合等优点。本文主要从细胞3D打印技术的方式、特点,应用及发展前景等几个方面进行简要的综述。Three-dimension cell printing technology is a method of using CAD/CAM to deposit directional biomaterials precisely such as hydrogels, biomolecules and living cells, which promote the construction of active tissues with complex three-dimensional structures. In recent years, three-dimension cell printing attract an increasing number of attention and widely applied in regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, clinical transplantation, drug screening and cancer research. Because of comparing to traditional bio-manufacturing technology, which can manufacture accurate organizational structures and models greatly, achieve synchronous printing of multiple types of cells, control the delivery of drugs, genes and growth factors, accelerate vascularization integration in engineering organizations. In this paper, a brief review was made of the types and features of three-dimension cell printing, the application of three-dimension cell printing and the development prospects of this technology.
