摘　　要：目的调查湖南省晚期血吸虫病患者自我管理能力现状并分析其影响因素,为提高晚期血吸虫病患者自我管理能力提供依据。方法采用横断面研究设计,以方便抽样的方法,使用一般资料问卷、肝硬化自我管理行为量表对383例湖南省晚期血吸虫病患者进行调查。结果 383例患者自我管理能力总分为(72.10±11.24)分,自我管理能力处于中低水平者占75.5%(289例)。自我管理行为受年龄、婚姻、文化程度、腹水史、是否合并冠心病等因素的影响(P<0.05)。结论湖南省晚期血吸虫病患者自我管理能力呈中等偏下水平,且受多方面因素影响;医护人员应关注患者自我管理能力,根据相关影响因素采取有针对性的干预措施提高患者对疾病的自我管理能力,促进患者的康复。Objective To investigate the level of and influencing factors on the health self-management skills in patients with advanced schistosomiasis for evidence to improve the health management in such patient group. Methods By cross-sectional design and convenience sampling, we recruited and surveyed a total of 383 patients with advanced schistosomiasis on their health self-management skills using general information questionnaire and self-management scale for patients with liver cirrhosis. Results The total score of health self-management skill was 72.10±11.24 in the 383 subjects, and in whom 75.5%(289) were in middle-low level. Self-management skills were associated with the age, marital status, educational level, history of liver ascites and concomitance of coronary heart disease. Conclusion Health self-management skills in patients with advanced schistosomiasis are in middle-and lower level, and affected by multiple factors. This status requires health care professionals to pay closer attention to such patient group and provide them with specific intervention in order to improve the patient self-management skill and recovery.
