摘  要:介绍了利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定农用地土壤详查深层土中的硼,方法采用聚四氟乙烯坩埚电热板消解土壤样品,适合大批量样品同时消解,具有较好的准确度、精密度以及经济效应。通过空白试验,得出此方法的检出限为1. 52μg/g,通过国家标准物质试验,得出此方法的精密度RSD为1. 04%~2. 26%。此方法的优点在于,在检测范围方面有效补充了平面光栅电弧发射光谱法和容量法测定硼的局限性,在效率和经济效应方面优于萃取比色法和容量法等。The determination of boron in deep soil by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was introduced. PTFE crucible plate was used to clear soil samples. It was suitable for large number of samples at the same time with good accuracy, precision and economic effect. Through the blank test, the detection limit of this method was 1.52 μg/g, and through the national standard material test, the precision RSD of this method was 1.04%~2.26%. The advantage of this method is that it effectively complements the limitations of the planar grating arc emission spectrometry and the volumetric method in determining boron, and it is superior to the extraction ratio method and volumetric method in terms of efficiency and economic effect.
