摘  要:采用高温水解铁矿石-氢氧化钠溶液吸收装置,建立了高温水解前处理铁矿石样品,离子色谱法同时测定铁矿石中氟和氯的分析方法。样品与水解催化剂V2O5的质量比为1∶1,采用两组氢氧化钠溶液作为吸收剂。系统、全面地考察了测定方法的影响因素,并确定了水解温度1100℃,水解时间30 min,氧气流量400~500 m L/min为最优高温水解预处理铁矿石;优化离子色谱法条件;方法的线性相关性比较好(r>0. 999)。The high temperature hydrolysis iron ore-sodium hydroxide solution absorption device was used to establish a high temperature hydrolysis treatment for iron ore samples, and ion chromatography was used to determine both fluorine and chlorine in iron ore. The mass ratio of the sample to the hydrolysis catalyst V2O5 was 1 : 1, and two groups of sodium hydroxide solutions were used as absorbers. The influencing factors of the determination method were systematically and comprehensively studied. When the hydrolysis temperature was 1100℃, the hydrolysis time was 30 min, and the oxygen flow rate was 400~500 mL/min, it was the optimal high temperature hydrolysis to pretreat iron ore. The ion chromatography conditions were optimized, and the method had a better linear correlation (r>0.999 ).
