摘 要:针对半桥LLC谐振电路的传统频率控制模型为三阶系统,高阶系统难以实现环路补偿且带宽窄的问题,对基于电荷控制策略的半桥LLC电路进行小信号建模。控制模型表明,电荷控制策略可将传统频率控制的三阶系统简化为一阶系统,极易实现环路补偿且有较宽的带宽。最后对基于电荷控制策略的半桥LLC电路进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,基于电荷控制策略的半桥LLC电路可以获得良好的启动过程。For the traditional frequency control model of the half-bridge LLC resonant circuit being the three-order system and the difficulty in achieving loop compensation and narrow bandwidth among such high order systems,a small signal model is established for the half-bridge LLC circuit based on charge control strategy.The control model shows that the charge control strategy can simplify the third-order system,which is based on traditional frequency control,to the first order system.The first-order system can easily achieve loop compensation and have wide bandwidth.The half-bridge LLC circuit based on charge control strategy is then simulated.The simulation results show that a half-bridge LLC circuit based on charge control strategy can get good starting process.
