摘　　要：本文以寺河矿西井区井下一部带式输送机为对象,实施了蛇形弹簧联轴器的改造应用研究。基于弹性梅花联轴器实践应用过程中存在的问题,提出采用JS蛇形弹簧联轴器进行更换,并设计了详细的更换方案和方法。实践应用效果表明:本次改造项目有效地提高了该带式输送机驱动系统的安全性与可靠性,改善了工作环境,为企业创造了经济效益。In this paper,a belt conveyor in west well district of Sihe Mine is taken as an object,and the application research of snake spring coupling is carried out.Based on the problems existing in the practical application of elastic plum blossom coupling,the replacement of JS snake spring coupling is proposed,and the detailed replacement scheme and method are designed.Practical application results show that the retrofit project effectively improves the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor drive system,improves the working environment,and creates economic benefits for enterprises.
