摘 要:本文采用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术和自由定标光谱数据处理法对黄铜的进行快速检测。利用Nd:YAG激光器和中阶梯光栅光谱仪自行搭建LIBS系统,设定4.0μs延迟时间,获得较好的等离子光谱;利用自由定标法进行数据处理,得到铜和锌含量分别为66.5%和33.5%、等离子温度8000.6K、电子密度4.3×10^(15)cm^(-3);经McWhirter准则判断等离子体处于局部热力学平衡状态,自由定标法使用正确。LIBS技术具有方便快捷、无需繁琐样品准备的优点,是一种有发展力的快检技术。The laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) and Calibration-free were used to detect brass rapidly. The LIBS was built by us using a Nd:YAG laser and an echelle grating spectrometer. The plasma spectrum was obtained with delay time of 4.0 μs and calculated using Calibration-free method. The results showed the contents of copper and zinc in brass were 66.5% and 33.5% respectively;the temperature and density of the plasma induced by laser were 8000.6 K and 4.3×1015 cm-3, respectively. Calibration-free method is suitable for the calculation, because the plasma was verified to be in local thermodynamic equilibrium state by McWhirter rule.LIBS is a convenient fast detection technology without tedious sample preparation.
