摘　　要：根据《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(第三版)》,对居民健康档案基本数据集进行修订研究,包括对数据集数据元及值域代码进行调整更新。在此基础上,进一步探索数据集标准与国家卫生信息数据字典的对应关系,为卫生行业信息标准的修订与应用奠定基础。According to the "National Basic Public Health Service Specification(the 3 rd Edition)", the basic dataset of residents health record is revised, including the adjustment and updating of dataset data element and value domain code. On this basis, we further explore the correspondence between the dataset data element standards and the national health information data dictionary, and lay the foundation for the revision and application of health industry standards.
