摘 要:为探究育苗方式对杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)苗根系生长的影响,从生长量、生物量以及根系生长状况等方面,分析采用沙床及托盘培育的1年生杉木苗的生长差异。结果表明,采用沙床培育的轻基质杉木苗的平均苗高和平均地径分别为31.38 cm、4.51 mm,高于采用托盘培育的轻基质杉木苗(25.69 cm、3.34 mm)。采用沙床及托盘培育的杉木苗的根冠比分别为0.24、0.16;采用沙床及托盘培育的轻基质杉木苗的侧根数量分别为84.3、68.8条。采用沙床培育的轻基质杉木苗的侧根数量以及根冠比显著高于采用托盘培育的轻基质杉木苗,说明沙床较托盘培育的苗木根系发达,更利于保持苗木水分的平衡。采用沙床培育的苗木出圃率为88.75%,显著高于托盘培育的苗木出圃率。In order to explore the influence of breeding methods on the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings root system,the growth differences of one-year-old C. lanceolata seedlings cultivated by sand bed and pallet were analyzed from aspects of growth volume,biomass and root growth status. Results showed that the average seedling height and ground diameter of light matrix C.lanceolata seedlings cultivated by sand bed were 31.38 cm and 4.51 mm respectively,higher than those of light matrix C.lanceolata seedlings cultivated by pallet(25.69 cm and 3.34 mm). The root to crown ratios of light matrix C.lanceolata seedlings cultivated by sand bed and pallet were 0.24 and 0.16 respectively. The number of lateral roots of light matrix C.lanceolata seedlings cultivated by sand bed and pallet were 84.3 and 68.8 respectively. The number of lateral roots and root to crown ratio of light matrix C.lanceolata seedlings cultivated by sand bed were significantly higher than those cultivatedbypallet,indicating that the root system of seedlings cultivated by sand bed was more developed than those by pallet and sand bed was more conducive to maintaining the balance of seedling water. The seedling emergencerateofsand-bedcultivationwas 88.75%,significantly higher than that of pallet cultivation。
