摘 要:为了提高大功率LED散热性能,本研究在传统太阳花形散热器的基础上,设计了1种太阳花热管型散热器。通过结合Fluent仿真和正交试验法对散热器高度以及翅片参数进行优化,分析其对散热性能的影响规律,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。结果表明:太阳花热管型散热器能有效地提高散热性能。在最优参数下LED结温87.82℃,比优化前降低了7.43℃。在相同的结构参数下,与传统的太阳花形散热器相比,结温降低了4.23℃。为太阳花热管型散热器的推广应用提供了有益的参考。In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of high-power LED, a sunflower-shaped heat pipe radiator was designed based on the traditional sunflower-shaped radiator. Combined with Fluent simulation and orthogonal test, the radiator height and fin parameters were optimized for analyzing their influence on heat dissipation. The results show that sunflower-shaped heat pipe radiator has effectively improved the performance of heat dissipation. Under the optimal parameters, the junction temperature of LED is 87.82 ℃, which is 7.43 ℃ lower than that before optimization. Under the same structural parameters, the junction temperature is reduced by 4.23 degrees compared with the traditional sunflower-shaped radiator. It provides a useful reference for the popularization and application of sunflower-shaped heat pipe radiator.
