老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用等离子关节镜手术联合牛蒡子汤的治疗效果及对JOA评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用等离子关节镜手术联合牛蒡子汤治疗的效果及对患者JOA评分的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月收治的老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者74例,随机分为2组,每组37例。对照组应用等离子关节镜手术,研究组应用等离子关节镜手术联合牛蒡子汤。比较2组患者疗效、JOA评分(日本骨科协会评估治疗分数)、炎性因子水平、VAS评分(视觉模拟评分法)。结果研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者的过程中,等离子关节镜手术联合牛蒡子汤治疗的效果较好,应当在临床上加强推广使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of plasma arthroscopic surgery combined with Niubangzi decocotion on knee joint osteoarthritis in elderly patients and its effect on JOA score. Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 37 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by plasma arthroscopy,however,the patients in research group were treated by plasma arthroscopic surgery combined with Niubangzi decocotion.The curative effects,JOA score (Japan Society of Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score),inflammatory factor levels,and VAS score (visual analog scale) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effects in research group were superior to those in control group ( P <0.05).The JOA scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05),however, the inflammatory factor levels and VAS scores in research group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The plasma arthroscopic surgery combined with Niubangzi decocotion can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects on knee joint osteoarthritis in elderly patients,therfor, which should be promoted and used widely in clinical practice.
