快速康复外科护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者康复水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察临床应用快速康复外科护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者康复水平的影响。方法将124例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组患者应用临床常规护理,观察组则同时给予快速康复外科护理,对比分析2种护理方法对患者康复水平的影响。结果术后6 h 2组患者肩部及腹部疼痛评分组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后24 h及72 h 2组肩部及腹部疼痛评分均较术后6 h逐步明显下降(P<0.05),观察组各时间点下降程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、排便、下床活动以及住院时间比较观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者术后72 h并发症发生率比较观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用快速康复外科护理模式对妇科腹腔镜手术患者进行护理可明显缓解疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of clinical application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the rehabilitation levels of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods A total of 124 patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group ( n =62) and observation group ( n =62).The patients in control group were treated by clinical routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by rapid rehabilitation surgical care.The effects of two nursing methods on the levels of rehabilitation of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in shoulder and abdominal pain scores at 6h after surgery between the two groups ( P >0.05).The shoulder and abdominal pain scores at 24h and 72h after surgery were significantly decreased in both groups,as compared with those at 6h after operation ( P <0.05),moreover, the decrease degree in different time pionts in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05).In addition the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust,defecation, out-of-bed activity and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group ( P <0.05),moreover, the incidence rate of complications at 72h after operation was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery can significantly relieve pain and promote postoperative recovery,therefor, it can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
