摘　　要：五氯柳胺是水杨酰苯胺类抗寄生虫药物,主要用于治疗肝片吸虫病,五氯柳胺口服混悬液是一种用于动物吸虫病防治的新型制剂。为了验证五氯柳胺混悬液中抑菌剂的效果,试验按照中国兽药典2015年版抑菌效力检查法,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、黑曲霉和白色念珠菌为试验菌株,分别加入五氯柳胺混悬液中进行微生物的挑战试验,在不同时间点检测样品中微生物的存活情况。结果显示:五氯柳胺混悬液的抑菌效力对细菌和真菌能够达到"内服制剂、直肠给药制剂的抑菌效力判断标准"的要求。表明五氯柳胺混悬液具有充分的抗菌效力,可避免在贮藏和使用过程中发生微生物污染。Oxyclozanide is a kind of salicylaniline anthelmintic,which is mainly used for the treatment of fascioliasis.Oxyclozanide oral suspension is a new preparation for the prevention and treatment of veterinary trematodiasis.This test was on the basis of bacteriostatic test in the Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).The bacteria strains of Staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,E.coli,aspergillus Niger and candida albicans were used to conduct the challenge test by adding oxyclozanide oral suspension.The survival of microorganisms in samples at different time was tested to verify the effect of antimicrobial agents in the oxyclozanide oral suspension products.The results showed that the bacteriostatic effect of oxyclozanide oral suspension on bacteria and fungi met the requirements of"the judgment standard of bacteriostatic efficacy of oral preparations and rectal preparations".The results showed that oxyclozanide oral suspension had sufficient antibacterial effect and could avoid microbial contamination in the process of storage and use.
