摘　　要：研究表明,人体的消化道内含有多种定植菌,这些菌群对宿主的代谢、营养、免疫防御、维持消化道正常生理功能等发挥着重要的作用。一旦宿主的消化道微生态发生改变,就可能会导致消化性溃疡、炎症性肠病、甚至是消化系统肿瘤的发生。随着高通量基因芯片和第二代测序技术的发展应用,使得人们对于消化道菌群的组成认识更加全面、彻底。近年来,消化道菌群的改变与消化系统疾病的发生、发展已成为研究的热点。因此,本文对消化道菌群的改变与消化道疾病相关性的研究进行了综述。Studies have shown that the body's digestive tract contains a variety of colonizing bacteria that play an important role in the host's metabolism,nutrition,immune defenses,and maintaining the normal physiological functions of the digestive tract.Once the host's digestive tract microecology has changed,it can cause peptic ulcers,inflammatory bowel disease,and even gastrointestinal tumors.With the development and application of high-throughput gene chips and second-generation sequencing technologies,people have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the digestive tract flora.In recent years,changes in the digestive tract flora and the occurrence and development of digestive diseases have become a research hotspot.This article reviews the research on the relationship between the changes of digestive tract flora and digestive tract diseases.
