摘　　要：该文基于SI住宅理论,研究模数协调在工业化住宅中的应用。从模数协调在工业化住宅的应用现状,明确了模数协调的重要作用;通过将模数网格按建筑支撑体结构空间、建筑功能单元空间、建筑二维装修平面三个视角的划分,研究梳理了工业化住宅模数网格的层级关系;基于我国现行标准,对功能空间优选尺寸、住宅部品优选尺寸的梳理,为模数网格的尺寸选择提供参考依据;通过综合分析模数协调理论,以中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛(SDC),北京交通大学赛队的I-YARD 2.0装配式住宅为例,进行模数协调应用研究;最后,通过对以上问题的总结与思考,总结出模数协调标准在新型工业化住宅发展中的重要意义。Based on the SI housing theory, we study the application of modular coordination in industrial housing. From the present application situation of modular coordination in industrialized residential buildings, the important role of modular coordination is clarified.Through dividing modular grid into three perspectives: structural space of building support, space of architectural functional unit and two-dimensional decoration plane of building, the modular grid is divided into three parts: structural space of building support, space of architectural functional unit and plane of two-dimensional decoration of building. The hierarchical relationship of modular grid of industrial residential buildings is studied. Based on the current standards of our country, we comb the optimum selection dimensions of function space and housing parts, which provides the reference basis for the dimension selection of modulus mesh;through the comprehensive analysis of modulus coordination theory, taking the I-YARD 2.0 assembly house of(SDC), Beijing Jiaotong University Competition team of China International Solar Decathlon as an example, we study the application of module coordination. Finally, through summarizing and thinking of the above problems, we summarize the important significance of modular coordination standard in the development of new industrialized residential buildings.
