摘 要:本文通过对智慧景区泰山登山中路游客关于景区标识系统影响因素的问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0主成分分析法进行因子分析,得出影响泰山登山中路标识系统的4个公因子,分别是标识系统的展示方式因子、内容解说因子、外型数量因子、环境因子,并对标识系统影响因子的权重及游客满意度进行分析整理,就泰山登山中路标识系统的完善提出了完善服务设施、丰富解说内容以及优化造型等建议,以期为今后智慧景区标识系统的设计提供科学依据。Through the questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of scenic spot marking system in Mount Tai(smart scenic spot),principal component analysis(PCA)was used to analyze the factors by SPSS19.0,and four common factors affecting the scenic spot signboard of the middle route in Mount Tai were obtained.They respectively are the expression factor,content explanation factor,appearance quantity factor,environment factor of the marking system,the content commentary factor,the appearance quantity factor and environmental factor of signboard.The weight of the evaluation factor in marking system and the tourist satisfaction were analyzed and arranged.In order to provide scientific basis for the design of the smart spot signboard in the future,suggestions were put forward on improving the service facilities,enriching explanation content and so on for the improvement of the middle route marking system of Mount Tai.
