摘 要:为研究猪瘟(Classical Swine Fever,CSF)、猪伪狂犬(Porcine pseudorabies,PR)、猪圆环病毒病(Porcine circovirus virus disease,PCVD)、高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Highly pathogenic-Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,HP-PRRS)在辽宁省内的发病情况及致病毒株变异情况,本研究对辽宁地区自2012年至2016年五年内4种猪常见流行病进行流行病学调查,并对扩增阳性样品的主要致病基因进行遗传进化分析。在9600份样品中,CSFV (Classical Swine Fever virus)阳性18例、PRV阳性12例、PCV2阳性10例、HP-PRRSV阳性5例。选取CSFV代表毒株命名为LN01, LN02, LN03;PRV代表毒株LN04, LN05;PCV代表毒株LN06, LN07;HP-PRRSV代表毒株LN08,分别对其进行遗传进化分析。结果表明,CSFV代表株中,LN01与LN02的同源性较高,二者与GD株亲缘关系最近,同源性为99%以上;LN03株与HD株同源性较高为99.5%;PRV代表株中LN04与PV株的亲缘关系最近,同源率为99.4%;LN05与PD株亲缘关系最近,同源率为98.5%;PCV2代表株中LN06与GD株的亲缘关系最近,同源率为99.5%,与HQ 395021亲缘关系最远,同源率为88.4%,LN07与BF株的亲缘关系最近,同源率99.1%;HP-PRRSV代表毒株LN08与参考株GD-SS株的亲缘关系最近,同源率为99.8%。In order to study the incidence and pathogenic strains of Classical Swine Fever(CSF),Porcine pseudorabies(PR),Porcine circovirus virus disease(PCVD),Highly pathogenic-Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,HP-PRRS in Liaoning province,epidemiological investigation was conducted on four common epidemic diseases of pigs in liaoning province from 2012 to 2016,and genetic evolution analysis of the main pathogenic genes in amplified positive samples was carried out.Among the 9600 tested samples,18 cases were CSFV positive,12 PRV positive,10 PCV2 positive and 5HP-PRRSV positive.The representative CSFV strain named LN01,LN02,LN03;PRV representative strain LN04,LN05;PCV representative strain LN06,LN07;HP-PRRSV representative strain LN08,were selected to analyze the genetic evolution respectively.The results showed that among CSFV representative strains,the homology between LN01 and LN02 was high,the two strains were most closely related to GD strains,the homology was more than 99%;the homology of LN03 and HD strains was 99.5%;in PRV representative strains,LN04 presented the closest 99.4%homology with PV strain;LN05 presented 98.5%homology with PD strain.In PCV2 representative strains,LN06 presented closely genetic relationship with GD strain,the homology was 99.5%,and presented furthest genetic relationship with HQ395021,with the 88.4%homology.LN07 presented 99.1%homology with BF strain.HP-PRRSV represented the closest genetic relationship between LN08 and GD-SS,with the homology rate of 99.8%.
