摘　　要：进入新时代,在全面深化改革的大背景下,福建高等教育综合改革面临着新的机遇,也面临着新的挑战,应从精准定位、更新理念、理清职权、注重全面、凸显特色、民生为重、接轨国际等七个方面把握好改革新动力,推进"双一流"大学建设。Entering a new era and under the background of deepening reform in an all-round way, the comprehensive reform of higher education in Fujian Province is facing new opportunities and challenges. We should grasp the new impetus of reform from seven aspects: accurate positioning, renewal of ideas, clarification of powers and powers, emphasis on comprehensiveness, highlighting characteristics, people's livelihood as the most important factor, and integration with international standards. It is to promote double first class university construction.
