摘 要:传统机房设备摆放朝向统一。随着单机架功率密度的增加,机房热传导效应显著,部分区域甚至出现高热现象。而机房中空调的风帽送风或风管送风不能解决局部过热问题,且大量增加空调导致机房PUE值增高。热管背板技术作为一种高效、高密度散热技术,是解决传统机房局部过热难点的有效措施,同时,可以降低机房PUE值,有助于运营商节能增效。Traditional computer room equipment is placed in a unified direction.With the increase of the power density of single rack,the heat conduction effect of the engine room is significant,and even high heat phenomenon appears in some areas.However,the cap air supply or duct air supply of air conditioning in the engine room can not solve the problem of local overheating,and a large increase in air conditioning results in the increase of PUE value in the engine room.As an efficient and high-density heat dissipation technology,heat pipe backplane technology is an effective measure to solve the difficulty of local overheating in traditional computer room.At the same time,it can reduce the PUE value of the computer room and help operators save energy and increase efficiency.
