封闭厂房氨气泄漏扩散规律数值模拟研究

摘  要:目的:为准确预测空间内氨气泄漏浓度分布并指导探测器安装工作。方法:采用FDS软件研究封闭厂房内氨气扩散规律。结果:氨气在密闭空间内泄漏后,扩散过程可分为上浮至顶棚、沿顶棚扩散和沉降分层三个阶段。出现高浓度氨气区域的规律可以归纳为"从泄漏源顶部位置,移到全厂房最高位置"。结论:建议氨气探测器首先要安装在空间全局几何中心最高顶棚处,再根据保护范围安装在一定距离外的顶棚较高处。此外,不同泄漏孔口朝向和泄漏速率对氨气分布的影响有待研究。Aim:This paper aims to predict the distribution of ammonia gas leakage in closded workshops and guide the detector installation.Methods:Fluid dynamics software(FDS) was adopted to simulate the diffusion of ammonia gas in a closed workshop.Results:The results showed that the diffusion process of ammonia in a confined space could be summarized as three stages:floating up to the ceiling,spreading along the ceiling,and subsiding and layering.The rule of high concentration location could be summarized as "moving from the ceiling above the leakage source,to the highest position of the plant".Conclusions:The ammonia gas detector should be installed on the top point and some other higher points of the ceiling.The influences of leakage orifices orientation and leakage rate on the distribution of ammonia gas remains to be studied.
