摘　　要：目的观察控温联合减压预防仰卧位肿瘤患者术中压力性损伤的临床效果。方法选择在江苏省肿瘤医院手术室行摆放仰卧位肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,2018年1月至2018年4月使用恒温毯联合泡沫敷料的50例为研究组,2017年1月至2017年4月采取常规预防压力性损伤护理措施的50例为对照组。比较两组患者术中平均体温及压力性损伤发生情况。结果研究组患者术中平均体温(36.51±0.28)℃高于对照组(35.95±0.48)℃,研究组压力性损伤发生率为24%,低于对照组的46%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用恒温毯联合泡沫敷料预防仰卧位肿瘤患者术中压力性损伤效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the preventive effect of temperature control combined with decompression on intraoperative stress injury for tumor patients in supine position.Methods A total of 50 patients receiving supine tumor operation in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from January to April of 2018 were treated with constant temperature blanket and foam dressing (study group).From January to April of 2017,50 patients treated with routine preventive nursing measures were included in the control group.The mean temperatures and incidence of pressure injury between the two groups were compared during the operation.Results The temperature of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0.05).And the incidence of stress injury was lower than that in the control group ( P < 0.05).Conclusions The intraoperative pressure injury can be prevented by using constant temperature blanket combined with foam dressing effectively,which is worthy of clinical application.
