摘 要:目的:测定紫金龙药材中水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物的含量,为建立紫金龙质量标准提供实验依据。方法:按照2015年版《中国药典》Ⅰ部附录ⅨH中水分测定法中的第一法、附录ⅨK灰分测定法和附录ⅩA浸出物测定法进行测定。结果:紫金龙药材水分含量在11.09%~14.29%之间;药材总灰分含量1.883%~5.937%之间;药材酸不溶性灰分含量为0.213 1%~0.906 4%之间;药材水溶性浸出物测定结果在15.87%~35.87%之间。结论:该方法简单,准确,重复性好,可作为紫金龙药材质量控制的参数指标。Objective The water content, extract, ash content and acid insoluble ash in Aconitum vilmorinianum var. altifidum W. T. Wang were determined. It provides experimental basis for establishing quality standard of this medicinal plants. Methods In accordance with relevant provision of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the water content, extract, ash content and acid insoluble ash were determined. Results The water content range from 11.09% to 14.29%, the ash content range from 1.883% to 5.937%, the acid insoluble ash range from 0.2131% to 0.9064%, the content of water soluble ash range from 15.87% to 35.87%. Conclusion This method is accurate and repeatable. It can be used as the experimental parameters of quality control of Aconitum vilmorinianum var. altifidum W. T. Wang.
