摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对置入冠状动脉支架患者的近期疗效。方法选取2014年9月～2016年8月在青海大学附属医院行冠状动脉介入治疗并置入冠状动脉支架的冠心病患者87例,根据随机数表法分为瑞舒伐他汀组(42例)和阿托伐他汀组(45例)。瑞舒伐他汀组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,阿托伐他汀组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及心源性死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、靶血管重建术、支架内血栓形成及出血事件。结果瑞舒伐他汀组总有效率为92.86%,低于阿托伐他汀组的95.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组心源性死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、靶血管血运重建、支架内血栓形成和出血事件比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗置入冠状动脉支架患者的疗效相近,具有一定的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of rosuvastatin in patients with coronary stents. Methods From September 2014 to August 2016, 87 patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary intervention and were placed in coronary stents at Qinghai University Hospital were enrolled. According to the random number table method, they were divided into rosuvastatin group (42 cases) and atorvastatin group (45 cases). The rosuvastatin group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, and the atorvastatin group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The clinical efficacy and cardiac death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, and target revascularization were compared between the two groups ,stent thrombosis and bleeding events. Results The total effective rate of rosuvastatin group was 92.86%, which was lower than that of atorvastatin group 95.56%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in cardiac death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization, stent thrombosis and hemorrhagic events (P>0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary stents is similar and has a certain clinical effect.
