辅助生殖护理重点环节中风险管理的应用与分析

摘　　要：目的基于在临床辅助生殖护理实践中护理风险管理模式的应用,评价该管理模式对辅助生殖护理工作中重要节点的影响。方法将2017年1月～6月我院收治的200例体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者纳入研究,随机选取其中100例患者为对照组,给予常规护理;另100例患者为观察组,在护理节点实施风险管理。比较两组患者扳机注射执行正确率及病案转运规范率。结果观察组扳机注射执行正确率为100.00%,高于对照组的96.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病案转运规范率为85.00%,高于对照组的52.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在辅助生殖护理过程中实施风险管理,降低了护理工作中的风险隐患,是规避生殖护理风险的有效手段。Objective To evaluate the impact of this management model on important nodes in assisted reproductive care based on the application of nursing risk management model in clinical assisted reproductive nursing practice.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) admitted to our hospital from January to June 2017 were enrolled in the study. 100 patients were randomly selected as the control group and given routine care. Another 100 patients were observed. Implement risk management at the care node. The accuracy of the trigger injection and the rate of drug transfer norms were compared between the two groups. Results The correct rate of trigger injection in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 96.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of drug transfer in the observation group was 85.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 52.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Risk management in the process of assisted reproductive care reduces the risk hazards in nursing work and is an effective means to avoid the risk of reproductive care.
