臂式电子血压计放置不同高度时测量血压值的差异分析

摘　　要：目的比较臂式电子血压计放置不同高度时测量所得的血压值的差异。方法选取住院患者80例,在相同条件下,分别将臂式电子血压计置于平患者心脏水平、高患者心脏水平10 cm、低患者心脏水平10 cm 3处,进行血压测量,比较这3种位置测得的血压值的差异。结果在同等条件下,将臂式电子血压计置于平患者心脏水平、高患者心脏水平10 cm、低患者心脏水平10 cm 3个位置进行血压测量,所得收缩压、舒张压及脉压值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在同等条件下,将臂式电子血压计置于心脏不同高度不影响血压的测量值,医务人员及使用者可根据自己舒适原则,选择合适的位置及高度进行血压测量操作。Objective To compare the difference between three wearing positions of a cuff-type sphygmomanometer in blood pressure measurement.Methods Totally 80 hospitalized patients undergoing blood pressure measurement were included.Under the same circumstance,the wearing position of a cuff-type sphygmomanometer at heart level,10 cm above the heart and 10 cm below the heart were used,respectively.The results of blood pressure measurement by three different positions were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in results of blood pressure measurement by three different positions (P>0.05).Conclusion Considering the similar results among 3 different wearing positions,medical workers or users are free to wear thecuff-type sphygmomanometer when taking blood pressure measurement.
