品管圈活动降低产后乳房胀痛发生率的效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究探讨在品管圈降低产后乳房胀痛发生率的实施效果。方法成立品管圈小组,按照品管圈的活动步骤,针对产后乳房胀痛相关问题实施针对性的活动。品管圈实施前(2017年4月1日—2017年4月30日)和实施后(2017年10月1日—2017年10月30)分别纳入209例和204例产妇作为研究对象,比较品管圈实施前和实施后产后乳房胀痛发生率。结果产妇乳房胀痛发生率由品管圈实施前的26.79%(56/209)下降至实施后的14.71%(30/204)。结论开展品管圈活动能效降低产妇产后乳房胀痛发生风险,提升产后护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on reducing the incidence of breast distending pain in postpartum women.Methods A QCC group was set up,and targeted interventions on breast distending pain of postpartum women were carried out.The incidence of breast distending pain was observed in a sample of 204 postpartum women,and was compared with that in a sample of 209 postpartum women before implementation of QCC activities.Results The incidence o breast distending pain dropped from 26.79%(56/209) before implementation of QCC to 14.71%(30/204) after implementation of QCC.Conclusion The QCC activity is an effective tool of reducing the incidence of breast distending pain in postpartum women.
