双波长激光联合曲安奈德注射对鸡冠血管的作用

摘　　要：目的研究585 nm/1 064 nm双波长激光联合曲安奈德注射对血管瘤动物模型鸡冠的作用,探讨联合应用治疗血管瘤的可行性。方法将莱亨鸡随机分为A、B、C共3组,每组10只,A组曲安奈德注射实验组,B组双波长激光实验组,C组联合应用实验组,以未处理侧鸡冠作为自身对照。各组观察第1、3、7、14天实验动物一般情况及鸡冠大体变化,分别在第3、7、14天切取各组鸡冠组织块,观察组织学变化。实验结束后,计算毛细血管减少率,行统计学分析。结果 3组鸡冠均出现不同程度的褪色,组织学观察均可见毛细血管减少,A、B、C组的毛细血管减少率分别为(68.03 1.80)%、(70.01 2.21)%和(89.63 1.93)%。A、B组之间比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.39,P>0.05),C组与A组、C组与B组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(t=34.31,22.09;均P <0.05)。结论双波长激光联合曲安奈德注射能有效作用于鸡冠毛细血管,且效果优于单一疗法。Objective In order to study the effects of dual-wavelength 585 nm/1 064 nm laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection on cockscomb hemangioma animal models and evaluate the feasibility of combined application. Methods The rooster were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,10 rats in each group. Group A was triamcinolone acetonide injection experimental group,group B was dual-wavelength laser experimental group,group C was laser combined with injection experimental group,and the untreated side comb was the self-control. The general situations of the experimental animals and the changes of cockscomb will be observed at the 1st,3rd,7th,14th day. And histological changes will be observed in each group at the 3rd,7th,14th day. At the end of the experiment,the reduction rate of capillaries was calculated and analyzed statistically. Results All combs of each groups showed varying degrees of color fading,and decreased capillary was observed in histological observation. The capillary reduction rates in group A,B and C were(68.03±1.80)%,(70.01±2.21)% and(89.63±1.93)%. There were no significant differences between group A and B(t=1.39,P>0.05),and there were significant differences between group C and A,group C and B(t=34.31,22.09;both P<0.05). Conclusion The effects of dual-wavelength laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection treatment comb capillary are effective and better than the effects of any single therapy.
