摘　　要：广州地铁一号线开通至今已超过20年,为消除由于设备老化而可能导致的设备隐患,保障行车安全,满足大客流运营需求,计划对既有信号系统及设备进行更新改造。从设计、施工、调试、运营安全等方面分析广州地铁一号线正线信号系统更新改造工程所面临的风险,总结风险把控措施。Guangzhou metro line 1 has been put into operation over 20 years. To eliminate the potential equipment aging hazard and ensure operation safety, upgrade for the existing signal system and equipment is necessary. From the aspects of design, construction, commissioning and operation safety, this paper analyzes the risks faced by the signal system renovation project of Guangzhou metro line 1, and summarizes the risk control measures.
