摘　　要：目的探讨超声辅助定位负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合敏感抗生素冲洗治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2016年12月～2017年12月期间,因乳腺脓肿行脓肿切开引流术的58例患者资料,依据不同的治疗方法分为试验组和对照组(各组n=29),试验组行超声辅助定位负压引流(VSD)联合抗生素冲洗,对照组行乳腺脓肿切开引流。采用t检验比较两组患者在切口愈合时间、换药次数方面的差异,用χ~2检验比较两组患者术后疼痛级别方面差异,比较两组患者术后切口甲级愈合率。结果两组在切口愈合时间、换药次数方面差异具有统计学意义。两组患者在疼痛程度方面和切口甲级愈合率方面差异也具有统计学意义。结论超声辅助定位负压封闭引流(VSD)联合敏感抗生素冲洗治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿具有可靠的临床效果,能明显减轻患者的痛苦,缩短愈合时间,是一种值得推广应用的治疗乳腺脓肿的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-assisted positioning vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with sensitive antibiotic washing for the treatment of lactating breast abscess.Methods 58 patients with abscess incision and drainage due to breast abscess in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into experimental group(n=29)and control group(n=29)according to different treatment methods.The experimental group underwent ultrasound-assisted positioning vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with antibiotics washing,and the control group underwent breast abscess incision and drainage.The difference of incision healing time and dressing frequency between the two groups was compared by t test.The difference of postoperative pain level between the two groups was compared byχ2 test.The healing rate of incision grade A was compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the incision healing time and the number of dressing changes between the experimental group and control group was statistically significant.The difference in terms of pain level and the healing rate of incision grade A was also statistically significant between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted positioning vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with sensitive antibiotics washing for the treatment of breast abscess has a reliable clinical effect,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and shorten the healing time.It is a method worthy of popularization and application for treating breast abscess.
