骶管冲击治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察骶管冲击治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效,分析骶管冲击治疗神经根型颈椎病的意义。方法 2016年5月～2018年10月间收集神经根型颈椎病61例,随机分为两组,对照组(甘露醇+地塞米松静滴)28例,治疗组(骶管冲击治疗)33例。入院和出院时均按照神经根型颈椎病疗效的评定指标体系评分,分析两组的疗效。结果对照组28例(优7例,良6例,有效8例,差7例),优良率为46.4%,有效率为75.0%。治疗组33例(优13例,良12例,有效7例,差1例),优良率为75.8%,有效率为97.0%。两组的优良率、有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骶管冲击治疗可以提高神经根型颈椎病的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of sacral canal stosstherapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and to analyze the significance of sacral canal stosstherapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 61 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups:control group(mannitol+dexamethasone intravenous drip)with 28 cases,and treatment group(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy)with 33 cases.At the time of admission and discharge,they were scored according to the evaluation index system of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.The efficacy between two groups was compared.Results There were 28 cases in the control group(7 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,8 cases were effective,7 cases were poor).The excellent and good rate of was 46.4%,and the effective rate was 75.0%.There were 33 cases in the treatment group(13 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,7 cases were effective,and 1 case was poor).The excellent and good rate was 75.8%,and the effective rate was 97.0%.The difference in the excellent and good rate and effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sacral canal stosstherapy can improve the curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
