穴位按摩减轻大肠癌术后化疗恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩对减轻大肠癌术后化疗患者恶心、呕吐的效果。方法对42例实施FOLFOX6化疗方案的大肠癌术后患者化疗期间行内关穴和足三里穴位按摩,用中文版恶心呕吐干呕症状评估量表评估。结果干预组随着穴位按摩的频次及时间的延长,恶心、呕吐、干呕的症状逐渐缓解减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩能有效地降低患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的发生频率,缩短经历时间及减轻症状的严重程度,增加患者的舒适度,可作为化疗时减轻恶心呕吐症状的有效辅助手段。Objective To investigate the effect of acupressure on relieving nausea and vomiting in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods 42 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent FOLFOX6 chemotherapy were treated with Neiguan and Zusanli acupressure during chemotherapy.The Chinese version of the nausea and vomiting retching symptom evaluation scale was evaluated.Results With the extension of acupressure frequency and time of acupressure,the symptoms of nausea,vomiting and retching were gradually relieved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupressure can effectively reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,shorten the experience time and reduce the severity of symptoms,increase the patient's comfort,and can be used as an effective auxiliary means to relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy.
