摘 要:本文结合磁阀式可控电抗器(magnetic?valve controlled reactance,MCR)在浙江公司区域电网中的实际工程应用,对MCR铁芯的特殊磁阀结构及其局部过热问题进行了理论分析和案例解析,指出了MCR磁阀局部过热问题的存在及其影响。在此基础上,进一步梳理了当前针对MCR所开展的运维检修工作及标准规范,并归纳和总结了其中所存在的问题与不足。最后,本文针对MCR提出了检测磁阀温度状态信息的需求和开展MCR内部铁芯磁阀在线测温技术应用的建议,以进一步提升MCR设备状态评价技术的有效性、提高MCR的运维检修水平以及MCR设备的运行可靠性。In this paper,the theoretical and case analysis on the special magnetic valve structure and its partial overheating of MCR core is analyzed through the practical application of the magnetic valve controlled reactor(MCR)in the regional grid of Zhejiang Power Company,and the existence of the partial overheating of the MCR magnetic valve and its effect is pointed.On this basis,operation and maintenance work as well as standard specification for the MCR is sorted further,the existed problem and shortcoming is summarized and concluded.Finally,the need for detecting magnetic valve temperature status information for the MCR and suggestion on the development of application of on-line temperature measurement technology for the internal magnetic core magnetic valve of MCR are proposed so to enhance effectiveness of evaluation technology of MCR equipment status further,improve operation and maintenance level and operation reliability of MCR equipment.
