摘 要:配电台区三相负荷不平衡会对配电网的供电安全、供电质量和经济运行产生不良影响,是配电网薄弱环节中亟待解决的问题之一。目前,治理台区三相负荷不平衡最直接、最有效的技术措施就是根据三相负荷不平衡程度动态改变单相负荷接入的相序,将台区三相不平衡控制在规定的范围内。本文构建了换相数学模型,详细分析了换相控制策略,用基于换相控制技术的三相负荷不平衡自动换相装置,进行了过零投切换相实验和配电台区工程化应用实验,实验结果表明,换相控制技术在配电台区三相负荷不平衡治理上是可行的。The three-phase unbalanced load in power distribution area will have adverse effects on power supply safety,power supply quality and economic operation of distribution network is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the weak links of power distribution network.At present,the most direct and effective technical measure for controlling the three-phase imbalance of the area is dynamically changing the phase sequence of single-phase load and controlling the three-phase imbalance within the specified range.In this paper,the mathematical model of phasing rotation is established,the phasing rotation strategy is analyzed in detail and the experiment zero switching phasing and engineering application of distribution area are performed by the use of three-phase load imbalance auto phasing device based on phasing rotation technology.It is shown by the experimental result that the control of phasing rotation control technology to the threephase load imbalance of distribution area is feasible.
