摘　　要：战略发展规划是一个组织发展的纲领,有助于明确发展方向,指明发展策略和发展措施;有利于建立组织与员工之间的共同愿景,产生凝聚力,使员工对单位产生归属感和奉献精神,全身心投入工作。文章通过调研宏观环境、行业环境,对标行业先进院所,在SWOT分析的基础上,以某市科技情报所为例,对互联网、大数据时代科技情报所的发展战略,进行了探索与研究。Strategic development planning represents a set of development guidelines for an organization that defines the direction of development,development strategies and development measures.It is helpful to build the common vision between the organization and its staffs,and create cohesion so that all of its staff members may share a sense of belonging and dedication and devote themselves to the work.Based on the analysis of SWOT,taking the sci-tech information institute of a certain city as an example,this paper explores and studies the development strategy of scitech information institute in the era of Internet and big data by investigating the macro-environment and industry environment and comparing the advanced institutes of the industry.
