摘　　要："南京不动产"微信公众号作为南京市不动产工作的微门户,运用了"互联网+"、人脸识别、网闸等信息技术,实现了不动产登记业务的网上查询和办理,实现了内外网数据的互通,并同时保证了信息数据的安全使用。文章认为"南京不动产"微信公众号具有安全、高效、便捷的优点,可以做到随时随地进行不动产登记和查询等操作,方便了广大办事群众,满足了不动产登记工作的需要。The“Nanjing Real Estate”WeChat public account,as a micro portal of Nanjing real estate work,has used the“Internet+”,face recognition,gap and other information technology to realize the online enquiry and processing of real estate registration business,and the interoperability of the internal and external network data.At the same time,it can ensure the safe use of information data.This paper holds tha the WeChat official account has the advantages of safety,efficiency and convenience.It can make real estate registration and inquiry work anytime and anywhere.It is convenient for the masses to work and meet the needs of real estate registration work.
