摘　　要：文章以新安县农村房屋不动产登记项目为例,针对农村房屋不动产登记的重点工作即农村房屋不动产权籍调查测量,并结合工作实践经验,总结研究一套基于农村房屋不动产权籍调查、测量到数据处理的技术流程和方案。This paper takes Xinan county rural housing real estate registration project as an example.The key work of the rural housing real estate registration is the investigation and measurement of the rural housing real estate property.Combining with the practical experience of the work,this paper sums up a set of technical processes and schemes based on the rural real estate tenure survey and data processing.
