摘　　要：上海液化天然气有限公司目前正在进行2台20万m^3LNG储罐的扩建工程。根据钢板采购和建造技术要求,对该工程所用X7Ni9钢板的特点进行了分析,并结合宝钢股份5m宽厚板产线的装备特点,提出了该钢板生产工艺流程,对关键生产工序、需要克服的难点进行了分析,提出了相应的保障措施。宝钢已生产的钢板完全符合采购和建造技术要求。Shanghai Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd. is currently carrying out two 200,000 m^3 LNG tank expansion projects. According to the technical requirements of steel plate procurement and construction, this paper analyses the characteristics of X7Ni9 steel plate used in the project, analyses the key production processes and the difficulties to be overcome, and puts forward the production process of the steel plate and the corresponding safeguard measures. The steel plate produced by Bao Steel fully meets the technical requirements of purchasing and construction.
