红花对小鼠在体小肠平滑肌的作用及治疗习惯性便秘的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花的功效,以及红花对习惯性便秘的治疗效果。方法:选用健康小鼠60只。实验一:取20只分为空白组和实验组。实验组:先灌胃亚甲蓝溶液然后灌胃红花水煎剂,空白组:灌胃亚甲蓝溶液与生理盐水。30分钟后将小鼠脱臼处死,取出胃肠道。计算每只小鼠亚甲蓝溶液的移动距离占小肠全长百分率,比较2组动物的活动状况和胃肠亚甲蓝溶液推进率有何不同。实验二取小鼠50只分为蓖麻油组,对照组,实验组,都采用经口灌胃氢氧化铝建立小鼠便秘模型,剩余10只设为空白组。实验组:红花高,中,低浓度组各10只。高浓度组:用12%浓度红花水煎剂灌胃小鼠。中浓度组:用6%浓度红花水煎剂灌胃小鼠。低浓度组:用3%浓度红花水煎剂灌胃小鼠。蓖麻油组:小鼠10只,用蓖麻油灌胃小鼠,其他条件同实验组。对照组:小鼠10只,建立便秘模型,其他条件同实验组。结论:红花增加了肠道的润滑性,从而增加了亚甲蓝在胃肠中的推进作用对缓解便秘效果很好;可以很好的刺激肠黏膜,使排泄增加,蠕动加快,减少大肠吸收水分,有促排效果。Objective: To explore the efficacy of safflower and the therapeutic effect of Safflower on habitual constipation. Method: Experiment 1: 20 rats were divided into blank group and experimental group. The experimental group was given methylene blue solution first and then safflower decoction. The blank group was given methylene blue solution and saline. The mice were killed and the gastrointestinal tract was removed. The moving distance of methylene blue solution was calculated and the propulsive rate was compared. In experiment 2, 50 mice were divided into castor oil group, control group, experimental group and blank group. Experimental group: Safflower high, medium and low concentration groups of 10. High concentration group: mice were fed with 12 % safflower decoction. Medium concentration group: 6 % safflower decoction was administered to mice. Low concentration group: 3 % concentration of safflower decoction was used to gavage mice. Castor oil group: mice were given castor oil by gavage. Control group: Constipation model was established. Conclusion: Safflower can increase the lubricity of intestinal tract, relieve constipation, increase excretion, quicken peristalsis and promote excretion.
