环糊精@单茂二羰基铁化合物包合体系的构筑及其CO释放性能

摘  要:环糊精具有内腔疏水而外部亲水的特性,且与茂环类官能团具有特异性结合,因此可以利用主客体化学方法,改善这类化合物的理化性质。本文通过环糊精与单茂铁羰基化合物[CpFe(CO)_2X](X=Cl, Br, I)反应,制备了三个bbCD@[CpFe(CO)_2X]类化合物,并利用红外、核磁等手段对其进行了表征。环糊精类包合物具有一定水溶性,稳定性也有显著提高(暴露在空气中数月也未见分解)。这类化合物具有光敏性,在绿光照射下能够缓慢释放CO分子,释放速率与卤素配体类型有关,在有关CO运载方面有较好应用前景。Cyclodextrin has the characteristics with hydrophobic inner and hydrophilic outside, and has specific binding to cyclopentadienyl group. Therefore,physical and chemical properties of such compounds can be modified by using host-guest chemical recongnition. In this paper, three CD@[CpFe(CO)2X] compounds were prepared by the reaction of cyclodextrin with cyclopentadienyliron dicarbonyl compound [CpFe(CO)2X](X = Cl, Br, I) and characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopies. cyclodextrin clathrates exhibit a water-solubility and an enhanced stability(no decomposition has been observed for several months at an open atmosphere). These clathrates are photosensitive so that CO release can be slowly achieved upon a green light irradiation. CO release rate is deeply related to the halogen ligand. Overall, cyclodextrin clathrates have potential applications in terms of CO transport.
