摘  要:目的:研究TNF-a在宫颈癌细胞中的表达及肉桂醛对其表达的影响。方法:体外培养宫颈癌细胞,分为三组分别用不同浓度的肉桂醛干预,用HE染色、MTT、Western blot法观察不同浓度的肉桂醛对宫颈癌细胞生长的影响。结论:TNF-a在宫颈癌中起到总要作用,肉桂醛能降低TNF-a表达,对宫颈癌有治疗作用。Objective: To study the expression of TNF-α in cervical cancer cells and the effect of Cinnamaldehyde on its expression. Methods: Cervical cancer cells were cultured in vitro and divided into three groups with different concentrations of Cinnamaldehyde intervention. The effects of different concentrations of Cinnamaldehyde on the growth of cervical cancer cells were observed with HE staining, MTT, and Western blue. Conclusion: TNF-α plays an important role in cervical cancer. Cinnamaldehyde can reduce TNF-α expression and has therapeutic effect on cervical cancer.
