浅谈乌鲁木齐阶梯水价实施存在的问题及建议

摘　　要：推进乌鲁木齐市阶梯水价实施,既是国家政策要求,也是建设节水型社会的必然选择。通过对乌鲁木齐当前阶梯水价实施现状以及户表改造进展的分析研究,从资源节约、政策需求和乌鲁木齐市存在的问题说明户表改造的必要性,针对水价梯度设置不合理、基础设施不完善、入户抄表等问题提出合理化建议,加快推进乌鲁木齐市阶梯水价的实施。Promoting the implementation of the ladder water price in Urumqi is not only a national policy requirement, but also an inevitable choice for building a water-saving society. Through the analysis and research on the current status of Urumqi’s current water price and the progress of household renovation, from the resource conservation, policy demand and the problems existing in Urumqi, the necessity of household reform is explained, the water price gradient is set unreasonably, the infrastructure is imperfect, and the Reasons for rationalization of problems such as meter reading and speeding up the implementation of the ladder water price in Urumqi.
