摘　　要：目的:寻找国家实验室间尿镉比对试验检测结果异常的原因。方法:用排除法,对照质量控制方法逐一对检测结果进行比较。结果:硝酸技术性指标不合格引起尿镉检测结果偏差。结论:在日常检测工作中,以加标样品和质控样作为质量控制,是发现问题的一种有效手段。[Objective] To find out why the test results were abnormal in the national laboratory.[Methods] The test results were compared one by one with the control quality method.[Results] The unqualified technical indicators of nitric acid caused the deviation of the result of urine septum test.[Conclusion] Use add the samples and quality control samples are effective means to find the problem in routine testing.
