摘 要:目的:采用酸性染料比色法测定功劳木中总生物碱的含量。方法:生物碱与酸性染料结合,生成有色离子对,用有机溶剂萃取,测定有机相中有色离子对特征波长处的吸光度,从而可计算其总生物碱含量。结果:显色后在415 nm处有最大吸收,盐酸小檗碱在20.4~61.2μg/mL范围内成线性关系,平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为4.1%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高、重复性好。Subjective: Content quality evaluation of Caulis Mahonia and its total alkaloids. Conclusion: The method uses less high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
