摘 要:生命健康对于每个人来说都至关重要,当过劳成为一种社会现象之后,医生群体自然也无法幸免。为了了解河北省某三甲医院医生的过劳现状和影响因素,以便采取相应措施预防医生过劳的发生,采用中文版的《劳动者的疲劳蓄积度自己诊断调查表》对221名医生的过劳现状进行调查。研究结果显示,相较于普通人,医院医生的过劳状况堪忧,医生过劳状况在性别和科室上有差异,建议医院从院方和医生两个层面采取对策预防医生过劳。Life and health are vital to everyone,and when overwork becomes a social phenomenon,doctors are not immune.In order to understand the overwork status and influencing factors of doctors in a Hospital of Class A Grade Three in Hebei Province,and take corresponding measures to prevent the occurrence of doctor overwork,the Self-diagnostic Questionnaire on the Accumulation of Fatigue of Laborers was used to investigate the overwork status of 221 doctors.The results showed that compared with ordinary people,the overwork of doctors in hospitals was worrying,and it was different in gender and department.Therefore,it was suggested that hospitals should take measures to prevent overwork of doctors from both sides.
