摘　　要：介绍了PMC Colinet车丝机床旋转刀台的结构、工作原理。对使用过程中,刀台会出现旋转不到位的情况,从机械、电气、液压和加工程序及工艺方面进行了分析并且给出了维护方案。通过采取磨损处表面进行激光补焊、配做铜套、保证安装精度等措施,解决了前述问题。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of rotating table of PMC Colinet threading machine.In the process of operation,the rotation of the cutter table may be not in place.The causes are analyzed in aspects of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic,machining procedure and technology,and the maintenance scheme is given.The above-mentioned problems are solved by means of laser repair welding on the surface of wear,copper sleeve match-manufacturing,ensuring the installation accuracy,and so on.
