摘 要:采用高频感应-红外吸收法对各类铁合金中碳、硫含量的测定进行了研究,重点讨论了补偿比较水平和最短分析时间、助熔剂用量、称样量等参数的选取对测定结果的影响,得到了最佳试验条件。结果表明,该方法用于铁合金中碳、硫的检测,方法的检出限为碳0.000 3%、硫0.000 2%,对锰铁、钼铁样品进行11次测定,碳、硫的相对标准偏差均小于3%。这次试验方法测定的各类铁合金标准样品,测定值与认定值一致。In the paper,the optimum test conditions are obtained through studying the determination for content of carbon and sulfur in all kinds of ferroalloy with high-frequency induction combustion-infrared method as well as emphatically discussing the effects of selecting such parameters as the compensation and comparison level,the shortest parsing time,amount of fluxing agent and weighing sample on the determination results.The results showed that the method was suitable for determining the content of carbon and sulfur in ferroalloy,the detection limits for carbon and sulfur were 0.000 3%and 0.000 2%respectively as well as their relative standard deviations were both less than 3%through determining the samples of ferromanganese and ferromolybdenum 11 times.The estimated values for all kinds of ferroalloy standard samples determined with this method were the same as their certified values.
