摘 要:本文介绍了发射器件及组件的特点,分析了电真空器件与固态器件的应用情况,并梳理了国内外微波功率行波管及模块应用的历史和现状。电真空器件虽然面临一些问题,但其优势也很明显。电真空器件是实现宽带大功率、毫米波、太赫兹功率的必经之路。本文进一步叙述了微波功率行波管及模块的发展趋势和具体研究内容,并具体分析了其典型应用。最后得出结论,电真空器件需求依然强盛,应用范围将继续拓展。The characteristics of transmitting devices are introduced, the applications of vacuum electronic devices and solid-state devices are analyzed, and the history and current situation of microwave power travelling wave tubes (TWTs) and modules in China and abroad are sorted out. Although facing some problems, the vacuum electronic device has obvious advantages and it is the only device to realize broadband high power, millimeter wave and terahertz power. This paper further describes the development trend and specific research content of TWTs and modules, and specifically analyses their typical applications. Finally, it is concluded that the demand for vacuum electronic devices is still strong, and the application scope will continue to expand.
