摘 要:本文提出以固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)发电来解决燃煤发电低效率、高污染的问题,并且通过对几种SOFC燃料气制取方式的论述,认为煤制合成气规模大、成本低、技术成熟,是作为SOFC燃料优选。本文研究了制造合成气的方式和SOFC发电系统,重点研究了SOFC发电系统的优化方案。通过对进气量、燃料利用率、电堆电压、电堆电流等因素的计算,得出在SOFC系统中电堆串联电路优于并联电路的结论。Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are proposed to solve the problem of low efficiency and high pollution of coal-fired power generation. Coal-fired syngas is considered the best choice of SOFC fuel because of its large scale, low cost and mature technology. The syngas production method and SOFC power generation system are studied and the research is mainly focused on the scheme optimization of SOFC power generation system. By calculating the factors such as air intake, fuel utilization, stack voltage and stack current, it is concluded that the stack series circuit is superior to the parallel circuit in SOFC system.
